CapitaLand-National Geographic Channel Photography Contest 2010

From April to June 2010, photography enthusiasts submitted over 600 entries for the CapitaLand-National Geographic Channel “Building People” Photography Contest, showing their best photographs of CapitaLand buildings across Asia Pacific. This event was one of the activities organised in celebration of CapitaLand’s 10th anniversary. Over 100 of the best works were on display at the exhibition at ION Art in ION Orchard, Singapore from 5-9 August 2010. Among the works on show are the four winning entries – three of which were selected by the judging panel led by Jeff Hutchens, award-winning National Geographic Channel photographer; David Tay, President of the Photographic Society of Singapore; Liew Mun Leong, President & CEO of CapitaLand Group; and Jennie Chua, Chief Corporate Officer of CapitaLand Limited. A special “Viewers’ Choice Award” was also selected through public voting on the contest website in July 2010. In this gallery, you can view the over 100 works exhibited at ION art.
